Shamrockin' Ferretry has grown quite a bit in 2008. The addition of German and Finnish ferrets into my breeding program was a very pleasant unexpected surprise. I will be working very closely with Four Paws Wrecking Crew, Scarlett's Happy Dookers, Fire Storm Ferrets, and Jackie's Tweet Angels during the 2009 breeding season with the hopes of producing healthy, gorgeous kits. I will concentrate my breeding for black mitts, black roan mitts, black & sable solids, and sable fine points. My goal is to produce ferrets with great health, temperments, conformation, and longevity so they will make good pets & show prospects.
New to my ferretry in 2008 are:
Dahlia, from Fire Storm Ferrets is the granddaughter of Tommy which was the 2007 American Ferret Association Breeder of the Year.
Black Pearl, co-owned by Scarlett's Happy Dookers and Shamrockin' Ferretry is the granddaughter of a Russian Polecat. She came to us from ACH's Ferrets in Finland. Pearl lives with Scarlett and has become the love of her life. (Sorry Jim!) Pearl loves to kiss and is just the sweetest little girl. Gawain, owned by Four Paws Wrecking Crew, and Haily-Sue, owned by Shamrockin' Ferretry, & Collum, co-owned by Scarlett's Happy Dookers and Shamrockin' Ferretry are coming to us from Waldfrettchen in Germany. AWW's Mitini of SNF is a beautiful black mitt. Her father is SHD's Neo of FPWC and her mother is SNF's Miakoda of AWW (Amy's Wascally Weasels). Mia is the daughter of Lacey and sister to Heather.
Also new in my 2009 breeding season are Karma from Lacey/Sole, Seskas from Heather/Sole, White Diamond from Tabby/Neo, and Mimosa from Sally/Monty.
Also being bred next year are Heather and Sally. Next season will be Heather's 2nd and Sally's last breeding season.
